Beautiful space in the middle of Silves - airy, modern, light and very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the little pool. Host was responsive and helpful. The street parking is quite narrow but you can park nearby in a car park for free if you have a bigger car. Silves is a very pleasant town.

Het huis was fantastisch. Het overtrof onze verwachtingen omdat het dakterras nu is voorzien van een buitenbar met overkapping, een buitendouche en lounchebanken. Zeer centrale ligging met de Lidl om de hoek. Fijne open ruimtes en mooie kunst aan de muur. Allerhartelijkst ontvangen door de lokale host Natalia. Mediëval Fair in Silves maakte het verblijf compleet. Goede lokatie om de Algarve te verkennen.

I’ve stayed at several rental properties in Silves, and this is by far the most beautiful, modern, and relaxing. The inside is clean, airy, and open, and the outdoor spaces are magical (I especially loved stargazing on the roof deck at night, and taking a dip in the small cocktail pool). Highly recommend!

Prachtige villa, fijn contact, top geregeld. Prachtig aanbod bijzondere huizen. Mooie duidelijke site, goeie foto’s. Huis overtrof de verwachtingen. Contact met Portugal villa’s was gemakkelijk per whatsapp, goeie tips. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Topverblijf in echt bijzonder design huis.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Silves dans la maison de Johan. La maison est incroyable!! L'architecture, l'ameublement, les peintures aux murs, la vaisselle... C'est du haut de gamme! C'est très difficile...d'en partir! La ville de Silves est agréable avec commerces et restaurants à proximité de la maison. Silves est bien situé pour visiter l'Algarve. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Tom was helpful and answered all our questions very quickly. The house is very modern, it was a pleasure to stay their. All was well organised, the house has everything you need during your stay. there is a big parking very close to the house but in any case we always found a place on the street next to the door. Also, a shop is next door, very convenient too. Overall, the stay was perfect.

Via Tom van Portugal Villas boekten wij de stadsvilla Casa Joana in Silves. Deze villa overtrof al onze verwachtingen! Het contact verliep met Tom verliep soepel, volledige informatievoorziening vooraf en heel behulpzaam om ons te helpen om de mogelijkheden te bekijken om eerder in te checken als dat mogelijk zou zijn (vroege vlucht en aankomst met twee kleine kindjes). Casa Joana is een schot in de roos, een aanrader voor iedereen die geniet van een smaakvol ingerichte villa die rust uitstraalt met om de hoek terrasjes en een grote supermarkt.

Verassende beleving, vanaf het moment dat je de toegangsdeur opendoet wordt je geïnspireerd door mooie pure architectuur tot in detail zo mooi, ook het ontvangst en de uitleg is prima de ligging is prima in een mooi rustig stadje.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is immaculate. Stylish and comfortable. We have two young kids and they loved the space. The location couldn’t be better - restaurants, local market and Lidl all around the corner. Natalia, our host, was lovely. Really helpful and gave plenty of tips on the area. We couldn’t fault anything.

A modern hideaway dream 5 stars
A modern hideaway dream nestled in between remarkable homes from a time past. We felt like we lived in this special little local neighborhood where music and narrow alleys hiding gardens and restaurants intermingled. A special little dream of a spot. The pictures represent the special nature of this home exactly. Truly humbled that we can stay under these imaginitive circumstances while visiting such a cool little slice of Portugal. Hosts were knowledgeable, helpful and prompt.

Zojuist terug van een werkelijk heerlijke vakantie in prachtig Portugal.
15 dagen mochten wij verblijven in Stadsvilla Joana l Urban beachlife & Design en wat een waanzinnige belevenis was dat! Vanaf het moment dat wij binnenstapten voelden we ons hier fantastisch. Het huis is geweldig, de locatie super en alle gemakken die het huis biedt zijn meer dan uitgebreid!
Niks dan lovende woorden dus, wij komen zeker terug!

Wij verbleven 10 dagen in november in casa Joana. En wow wat een prachtige accommodatie. Alles klopte. Het ontvangst en rondleiding door een heel vriendelijke dame zorgde er voor dat we ons erg welkom voelen. Iedere dag was het genieten om hier te verblijven. De frisse open ruimtes, kleurrijke kunst en overcomplete inventaris hebben er voor gezorgd dat wij een heerlijke vakantie hebben gehad. Volgende keer weer op vakantie met portugalvillas!
